We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns:
- Accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Customer pays return shipping.

Refunds:
- Full refund for defective or damaged items.
- Refund issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

Exceptions:
- Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.
- Hygiene products (opened kits) are non-returnable for health reasons.
